The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most items will ship within 7 business days, but custom house portraits and associated add-ons typically ship in 2-3 months, and specifics will be worked out as part of the customization process. Some items may be marked “ready to ship” with shipping information specified on that particular listing. For details, see individual items. If you need an item to arrive by a specific date, please let me know in the notes as you complete your purchase. If your desired arrival date is outside of my standard timelines, get in touch before you place your order and I will see what I can do.
Orders within the United States ship USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail and tracking information is always provided.
For international orders, please complete your purchase in my Etsy shop, or contact me for alternative options.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
This website processes credit card payments through Stripe. If you need an alternative payment method, contact me to discuss your needs.
Returns & Exchanges
If you need to cancel your order, contact me within 24 hours of your purchase to receive a full refund. For custom house portrait orders, cancellations can be processed for a full refund until I’ve received final photographs of your house/building. Partial refunds may be available for orders canceled outside of those parameters, please contact me using the form at the bottom of this page to work out the details.
I accept returns or exchanges of items in new/unopened condition on the following timeline:
- Contact me within 2 days of delivery.
- Ship items back within 10 days of delivery.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping, for returns a pre-paid label may be provided with the cost subtracted from the refund amount.
For items damaged during transit because of faulty packaging, I will ship a replacement within 5 business days of receiving photographs showing the damage. If the package itself is damaged and therefore covered by shipping insurance, replacement or refund will be based on the outcome of the insurance claim process.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
