Did you know that #mapmonday is a thing? I didn't until I looked it up! What a fun thing! Anyway, it feels appropriate to share my Cape Cod Paper Place today since we are deep in vacation mode here in New England this week. I know folks who've already made their annual trip "down the Cape" and others who are getting ready to head out.
Can I tell you a secret? This house portrait silhouette depicts the house I live in! It's kinda funny - our house is currently white, and all of the window trim used to be bright blue before we replaced the windows a few months ago - now the windows are white, too, but there's still some (peeling, rotting 🙄) blue trim along the roof and the front doors are still blue. I chose this deep teal background color for this portrait just because I'm obsessed with this color right now, but after living with it for a while I think it will be a top contender when it comes time to paint or re-side our house - just have to get our neighbor to agree!
