What if everything will be okay? I was inspired by a friend who said that instead of preparing for the “worst case scenario”, she tries to prepare for the best case scenario. Instead of “what if I sustain a major injury and can’t do anything for two weeks” she thinks about “what if I had to go on a two-week-long all-expenses-paid vacation…tomorrow”. They accomplish similar results, but one is WAY more fun to think about. How would I show up if I knew everything was going to be okay?
