Mary and Tyler planned a copper and green wedding in a rustic setting, with a date in October. We worked together to find the perfect shade of green paper, and accented it with a custom shimmery copper leaf cut-out and a wrapper made of the most amazing metallic brown paper embossed with a woodgrain texture. The woodgrain paper is woven through cutouts in the front of the enclosure to add some extra interest and dimension.
We kept the typography pretty simple, mixing a script and a serif font in a traditional invitation layout on cream paper, complemented by an enclosure card to list accommodation options and information on their day-after brunch plans, and finished the invitation with a printed return envelope and RSVP card.
The program and place cards carried through the copper metallic leaf, with three different sizes of the leaf design glued to the front of each program, and the leaf attached to the place card with a fun overlap to add interest.
